The clean dry compressed air enters PSA system and the adsorption towers. Compressed air passes through adsorption tower from bottom to top. By principle that molecular sieve has different adsorption to N2 and O2 under different pressure, the N2, H2O and CO2 are adsorbed at surface of molecular sieve, and the unabsorbed O2 is collected as product gas and flow out to the buffering tank from top of adsorption tower. After some time, the adsorbed O2 reaches saturation, and the molecular sieve needs reactivation.After some time, the adsorbed O2 reaches saturation, and the molecular sieve needs reactivation.
