Physical properties: Polyamide Nylon 6, commonly known as Nylon 6. Because the macromolecules contain amide bonds (one CO-NH-), they are called polyamides. Polyamide Nylon 66 is usually white columnar particles with a melting point of 210-220°C and a decomposition temperature of about 300°C. Soluble in phenol and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, with excellent electrical insulation properties, good alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Nylon is a fiber with good abrasion resistance among synthetic fibers.
Classification by use: Main classification of nylon chips in China's domestic market (by use):
1. Fiber-grade chips can be used to spin civilian silk and make underwear, socks, shirts, etc.;
2. Engineering plastic grade chips can be used to produce gears, casings, hoses, oil-resistant containers, cable sheaths, textile industry equipment parts, etc. of precision machinery.
3. Film grade slices, which can be used in the packaging industry, such as food packaging, pharmaceutical…
