Steam Superheater
The convection section of the steam superheating furnace is an important part of the steam superheating furnace, which is responsible for transferring the heat generated by combustion to the steam, so that the steam can be superheated. The convection section usually consists of a series of parallel tubes filled with thermodynamically circulating steam. When the high-temperature gas generated by combustion passes through the convection section, it transfers heat between the tube wall and the steam, thereby increasing the temperature of the steam. The design and material selection of the convection section is very important, because it needs to withstand high temperature and pressure, and at the same time, it needs to ensure the quality and stability of the steam.
