Far infrared heating
- Far infrared sauna using far infrared heating materials (such as carbon fiber, ceramics, etc.) to produce far infrared. Far infrared is an electromagnetic wave with a wavelength range of roughly 7.5-1000 microns. When far infrared rays are irradiated to the human body, they can penetrate the skin to a certain depth, so that water molecules and biomacromolecules in human tissues resonance to absorb energy.
- This resonance will activate water molecules in human cells, promoting blood circulation, metabolism and other physiological processes. Unlike traditional saunas, which rely on air to conduct heat, far-infrared saunas act directly on human tissues, so they can achieve better thermal therapy results at relatively low temperatures.
