It covers 17 provincial markets including Hunan, Shaanxi, and Zhejiang, with more than 2,700 stores in more than 80 cities across the country.
Bottlenecks before listing
1. Unclear store inspection standards
Standards for first-tier stores, especially third-generation stores, cannot be maintained
2. Anxiety in management
Information is not flowing between the top and the bottom, the headquarters is unaware of the current situation of first-tier stores, and management is out of touch.
3. The brand has no unified image
Stores are widely distributed, and there is a large deviation in the implementation of management standards.
