High Quality Cylinder Diesel Engine

The cylinder head is mainly used for AKSAKA series diesel engine and four stroke, with compression ignition mode of the fuel combustion in the cylinder, push the piston freight to high temperature and high pressure gas, and the piston connecting rod crank mechanism reciprocating motion into rotary motion and the external power. A working cycle including intake, compression, combustion five, expansion and exhaust process. It  can be completed in four piston strokes. In order to improve the wear resistance and fatigue strength of the cylinder head, we take measures to strengthen the material of ductile iron, take the heat treatment process of normalizing or quenching and tempering, the process parameters to the mechanical requirements of the standard.
