Description:  Lauryl methacrylate is a non-toxic, hydrophobic methacrylate monomer with a low glass transition temperature (Tg), making it an excellent toughening and plasticizing monomer. In 2k coatings, it has low viscosity, low odor, and low polymerization shrinkage. It is also an excellent copolymer monomer in acrylic and vinyl resins.
