Orifice flow meter, also known as differential pressure flow meter, is composed of a primary detection component (throttling component) and a secondary device (differential pressure transmitter and flow display instrument). Widely used in gas, steam and liquid flow measurement. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and stable performance. The basic principle is that because the aperture of the throttle is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe, when the fluid flows through the throttle, the beam section suddenly shrinks and the flow rate accelerates.
