Sintered Clay Refractory Brick

Clay bricks, also known as sintered bricks, are man-made small blocks for construction, clay bricks with clay (including shale, gangue and other powders) as the main raw material, by the mud treatment, molding, drying and roasting and become, there are solid and hollow respectively.   According to the pore rate: solid brick (no holes or hole rate of less than 25% of the brick), porous brick (hole rate is equal to or greater than 25%), the size of the hole is small and the number of bricks, commonly used in load-bearing parts, high strength level. Hollow brick (hole rate equal to or greater than 40%, hole size and the number of small bricks, commonly used in non-load-bearing parts, strength grade is low).
