TUSEN Heat Sealing Machine HS200

The HS200 Band Sealer uses the principle of heat transfer by conduction where fixed heating  elements  heat the bags by direct contact through a pair of bands. These  bands have high thermal conductivity and  move in synchronisation with transport belts.       The HS200 Band Sealer has a 2kW heater section (2 heater banks) and vortex cooling.       The machine has been designed to seal thick bags, bags with a header card, bags with gussets. This is  achieved thanks to pressure wheels and the 2 heater banks which are accurately controlled by 2 PIDs      with digital readouts   Vortex cooling: compressed air is cooled in a vortex tube and then supplied to nozzles that direct it to both     sides of the seal as the bag passes through.
