Universal Vitamin C Ether

Vitamin C Ethyl Ether (Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), also known as ethyl vitamin C, ethyl ascorbic acid, and VC ether, is a derivative of vitamin C obtained by alkylation. Ethyl Ascorbic Acid Ether is resistant to light, heat, acid, alkali, and salt, and is not easily oxidized by air. It is a chemically stable derivative of Ascorbic Acid Powder and is easily soluble in organic solvents such as water, oil, and methanol.
