Manipulator With Suction Cup Vacuum manipulators are usually used for moving bags, cardboard boxes, drums, buckets, crates or slabs. They are mainly used in the food industry (dairy products, spices, tea production or meat industry) but also in the pharmaceutical and construction industry, as well as domestic electronic appliances, plastics, rubber, wood and furniture industries and many others. Vacuum lifter manipulators are dynamic machines for moving loads in which pressure generated by a vacuum pump is used to hold and lift a load. An intuitive hand grip or in some versions a lever is used to operate the equipment. Loads can be lifted up to 2.5 m and the maximum capacity of the manipulator is 500 kg. The fixture is customized according to the dimensions of the workpiece provided by the customer. It generally has the following structure: Hook ; Grab; Clamping; Air shaft; Lift; Clamping turnover; Vacuum adsorption.
