This setup enables real-time scanning of the glass surface to detect hole positions and ascertain if the surface quality meets set standards. Positioned in the middle section (glass running surface), the equipment houses two high-definition area-scan cameras. These cameras, along with coordinated lighting, evaluate the quality of glass grinding and chamfering to ensure conformity with specified standards. To ensure seamless glass movement during inspection, the transfer rollers utilize multiple rows of synchronous belt transmission.
