Description
Lactobacillus plantarum is a homofermentative, gram-positive-aerotolerant bacteria, it can grow up at 15℃, but its optimized growth temperature is 30-35℃. As a typical Lactic Acid Bacteria, its metabolism mechanism can produce large lactic acid, acetic acid, lactobacilli etc. It also has a unique ability to consume oxygen, ultimately acting as antioxidants.
