Working Principle:
After being cooled, filtered, and dried, the compressed air is propelled through nozzles to form supersonic airflows into the grinding chamber, fluidizing the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, undergoing intense collisions, frictions, and shears to achieve ultrafine grinding of particles. The ground material is then transported by the rising airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding due to its own gravity, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. The microfine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified air is exhausted by the induced fan.
