Detailed Introduction:
I. Working Principle:
After the compressed air undergoes cooling, filtering, and drying, it is formed into a supersonic airflow through nozzles and injected into the grinding chamber, fluidizing the material. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, frictions, and shears to achieve ultrafine grinding of particles. The grinded material is then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification area. Under the centrifugal force of the classifier and the suction force of the fan, the separation of coarse and fine powders is achieved. The coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding based on its own gravity, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. The fine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced fan.
