Detailed Description:
Working Principle:
Compressed air is frozen, filtered, and dried before being injected into the grinding chamber through nozzles to form supersonic airflow. This airflow fluidizes the material and causes it to accelerate. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultrafine grinding of particles. The ground material is then transported by the rising airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the centrifugal force of the classifier and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding based on its own gravity. The qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, while the fine dust is collected by a bag filter. The purified air is then discharged by the induced fan.
