Rolled steel torsion guide

The diameter of twisting roller is Ф350mm～Ф70mm. Rolling mill exit for rough rolling, intermediate rolling and finishing rolling of rods and wires, twisting the rolled piece at an angle of 90° or 45°. A pair of torsion rollers are installed on the suspended torsion body. The two ends of the torsion body are in the shape of circular shafts, which match the round holes of the torsion base. Under the action of the "screw + slider" mechanism, they can rotate left and right to control the torsion of the rolled piece horn. The torsion roller bearings are lubricated with oil, air or grease. There are cooling water holes on the torsion seat, and water is sprayed to cool the torsion roller. The torsion guide has a solid structure and good rigidity, and is suitable for torsion of large cross-section rolled pieces at large angles.
